Qatar AlFann Exhibition
W at “Qatar Alfann” competition by transferring my art work into carpets to be used in the new hotels’ rooms located at Lusail city. The contest aims to maximise the exposure of the Qatari heritage gives opportunities to visitors and 2022 FIFA World Cup fans to interact with art rather than art being confined within the walls of art galleries and museums, noting that Qatar is on the threshold of hosting the most exciting global sporting event, the 2022 FIFA World Cup. The competition was sponsored by Coastal Qatar, Qatar Museums and government bodies like Ashghal, Lusail Development, and many others who have expressed their eagerness to incorporate the selected designs in their upcoming projects.
